  3. Ship Item: Carefully package the item(s) and ship them to the address provided by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved returns will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

  1. Initiate Exchange: Contact us  with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with exchange instructions.
  3. Ship Item: Carefully package the item(s) and ship them to the address provided by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Processing the Exchange: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process the exchange. The new item will be shipped to you within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized items (unless damaged or defective)
  • Items marked as final sale

Additional Information

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
